How the app uses your files
When you open or preview an archive, the app reads the selected file locally so it can show the archive structure and render small previews when needed. This processing happens on your device.
Network services
Archive Quick Look is intended to operate without sending your files or usage data to external servers.
Data retention
Because the app does not collect personal data on a remote service, there is no server-side personal data retention or sale. Any temporary local caches remain on your Mac and are managed by the app and macOS.
Third parties
This app does not use third-party analytics or advertising services to track you.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
