మద్దతును సంప్రదించండి

సెటప్, compatibility, App Store లేదా privacy గురించి సహాయం కావాలంటే hello@tychospot.com కు ఇమెయిల్ పంపండి.

ప్రారంభం

1. ఇన్‌స్టాల్ చేసిన తర్వాత Vocal Notes ను ఒకసారి తెరవండి.
2. Live transcription లేదా Quick Dictation ఉపయోగించాలంటే microphone access అనుమతించండి.
3. Toolbar ను ఉపయోగించి live transcription ప్రారంభించండి లేదా ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న audio లేదా video files ను దిగుమతి చేయండి.

లక్షణాలు

• మీ Mac మీద live transcription.
• Offline transcription కోసం audio లేదా video files ను దిగుమతి చేయండి.
• Source audio అందుబాటులో ఉన్నప్పుడు transcript archives ను edit, copy మరియు export చేయండి.

ట్రబుల్షూటింగ్

• Microphone access బ్లాక్ అయి ఉంటే System Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone లో Vocal Notes ను అనుమతించండి.
• Vocal Notes మరో app లో టైప్ చేయలేకపోతే System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility లో అనుమతించండి.
• Export అందుబాటులో లేకపోతే, ఎంచుకున్న transcript కు source audio జతచేయబడకపోయి ఉండవచ్చు.
